OpenAI launched GPT-Image-1.5, the new image model behind ChatGPT Images. It generates images up to 4× faster and follows instructions more closely.

It edits only what you ask and keeps faces, lighting, and layout unchanged. This makes photo edits and image creation more accurate and reliable.

The model is rolling out now to all ChatGPT users and is also available in the API.

Google launched Gemini 3 Flash, a faster and cheaper AI model, and made it the default model in the Gemini app and Google Search AI mode.

It replaces Gemini 2.5 Flash and is built for speed, daily tasks, and large-scale use. Users can still switch to Gemini 3 Pro for heavy math and coding. Gemini 3 Flash shows major gains in reasoning and multimodal tasks.

Figma launched Edit Image, adding AI image editing directly inside Design and Draw. All image edits now live in one toolbar, making product, marketing, and design updates faster on the canvas.

The update adds Expand Image, Isolate Object, and Erase Object. You can extend backgrounds, separate objects, or remove distractions with simple selections. The crop tool is also faster and more precise.

Kling AI launched an upgraded Motion Control system in Kling Video 2.6.

It gives creators precise control over full-body movement, fast actions, hand gestures, and facial expressions, including clean lip sync.

Users can upload 3–30 second motion reference videos to guide movement and keep scenes consistent.

ElevenLabs added WhatsApp support to its Agents platform. Teams can now deploy one AI agent across web, mobile, phone lines, and WhatsApp without rebuilding it for each channel.

Agents can handle WhatsApp conversations through voice or text. Businesses get full visibility into chats, transcripts, and performance in one place, and can update agent behavior once to apply changes everywhere.

• Spline released 3D Shapes, letting designers turn 2D vectors into editable 3D models on a single real-time canvas.

• OpenAI confirmed that Apple Music will integrate with ChatGPT.

• ElevenLabs partnered with Meta to dub Instagram and Facebook Reels, and generate voices and music for Horizon experiences.

• Figma now lets users convert ChatGPT conversations into Figma Slides and Figma Buzz assets automatically.

• OpenAI Sora released three new video styles: Handheld, Retro, and Festive.

• Framer released Flow Effect, enabling section animations that respond to user interactions and components.

• Framer released Translate Page Paths, allowing localized URLs for different languages and regions.

• Perplexity launched a new iPad app, bringing full desktop features to iPadOS.

• Google Gemini started rolling out Super GEMs, adding shared visual workflows and a new GEMs Manager from Labs.

• Decart released Lucy Motion, an image-to-video model that animates movement along user-drawn paths.

• Lovable launched connectors for Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Firecrawl, and Miro, enabling research, voice, live data, and rapid prototyping in apps.

• Perplexity released a research assistant API, allowing apps to fetch cited, real-time answers from the web.

• Figma added Gemini 3 Flash to Figma Make, delivering faster prompt-to-code and design outputs.

• FLORA introduced AI credit limits, letting teams control usage and prevent unexpected costs.
